About Us

Banner North Colorado Family Medicine is a cornerstone for family medicine health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic illness management for family members of all ages. In order to help you protect your health, your primary care provider may discuss the need for routine physicals, laboratory tests and immunizations. Because a healthy mind is as important as a healthy body, we also offer individual and family counseling and stress management services.

We provide the following services: 

• Internal medicine (management of acute and chronic illness)
• Pediatrics (infant and child care)
• Obstetrics (child bearing)
• Gynecology (women's health)
• Orthopedics (bone problems)
• Dermatology (skin problems)
• Health Education and Screening exams
• Sports Physicals
• Counseling

Our doctors make house calls for the elderly and those unable to be seen in the office. However, your doctor may need to do some laboratory or X-ray tests that could not be done at home and you will be asked to come to the office.

We ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of your visit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Any remaining balance is due within 30 days.
